The Carer Record Folder is a custom made oversized PVC Ring Binder with silver polypropylene dividers. The Folder also contains a business card holder that fits ten cards and a gusseted sheet protector with flap. The Ring Binder is wider than the average folder to allow for dividers that fit sheet protectors and keeps tabs enclosed.
Comes with CD of the Forms to enable you to complete forms electronically, print off extra copies and keep a backup of all information.
