To simplify transactions for our customers, The Toy Bug offers a flat postage rate of $12.90, no matter how many items you order or where you live in Australia. We offer FREE postage on all orders over $170.00. All orders are shipped via Australia Post's Express Post or Registered Post. If the order is outside Australia Post's size dimensions we will ship via courier.
International
The Toy Bug is happy to post overseas. Please select "Overseas - Email me rate" as your Delivery Method and we will forward you a postage quote. Once you have agreed to the postage quote, we will happily process your order.
DELIVERY
At The Toy Bug we value our customers and strive to have orders packaged and sent within 48 hours of payment being received (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We ship all orders via Australia Post Express or Registered Mail. If no one is at home to accept the delivery, the parcel will be taken to your nearest post office and will await your collection. A card will be left at your premises informing you of the situation.
Our warehouse is located on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, so please take this into account when calculating delivery times. The more remote the destination, the longer it will take to deliver.

You can order from our wide range of toys, pay for your order, we will gift wrap and attach a personalised tag to the present and deliver it to the address of your choice.
